The contract was signed by Eng. Mohamed Hafez Al-Zabalawi, Chairman & CEO of United for Real estate Development and “Simon Penhaligan” Director of Residents Concorde International Hotels.

Eng. Muhammad Hafez Al-Zabalawi pointed out that United Development is implementing G-Bay project with the highest quality standards, which will guarantee the cooperation with successful entities in all the project details.

Ahmed Mounir, Managing Director of United for Real Estate Development highlighted that the cooperation With Concord International achieves added value to the project.
The high occupancy rate in the hotel, and enhances the investment value of the project, which raises the return investment for residential and hotel units.

He also added that about 25% of the project has been marketed Since its launch in early 2022, the company has been marketing the project according to a gradual sales plan
The second phase of the project will be launched during the second quarter of 2023.

United for real estate development’s Chairman Eng: Mohamed Alzaabalawy mentioned that the company is presenting its projects, G3, located in the New Capital in Mu 23 and G-BAY in Ain El-Sokhna.

He further stresses the importance of the Next Move 2022 Exhibition as a marketing platform that enjoys the interest and confidence of participating developers and customers.
